Refund policy
At LONG STRONG APPAREL, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain items such as hats may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
To initiate a return, please contact us at longstrongwellness@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the item for a refund and placing a new order.
